Kunshan Jintianyuan large‑scale and small‑scale industrial pure water machines consist of three main parts: pretreatment system, fine treatment system and post‑treatment system.
After raw water passes through the pretreatment system including PP filter, activated carbon unit and water softener unit, the content of impurities such as suspended solids, colloids, organic matter, hardness and microorganisms in the water is greatly reduced. This lightens the processing load of fine treatment systems such as electrodeionization (EDI), and extends the service life of the industrial pure water equipment.
Installation Precautions for Kunshan Jintianyuan Large/Small Industrial Pure Water Machines
Certain precautions must be observed during the installation of Kunshan Jintianyuan large/small industrial pure water machines:
The equipment shall be installed in a dry and well-ventilated area. Prolonged exposure to a humid environment will cause damage to electrical equipment and components.
The system shall be placed in an area accessible for operation and maintenance, with sufficient space around it.
When selecting an installation location, proper arrangement of the pretreatment units shall be considered, in accordance with the process flow sequence.
After the pretreatment units and main unit are properly positioned, they shall be connected with UPVC pipes as required.
Electrical installation must be performed by qualified electrical technicians and workers, and a reliable grounding connection is mandatory.
The installation environment temperature shall be below 40°C in summer and above 4°C in winter. Otherwise, irreversible damage to the equipment will occur.
The height of the pure water collection point (e.g., pure water tank inlet) shall not exceed 5 meters above the pure water outlet of the equipment. Otherwise, back pressure will be exerted on the reverse osmosis system, resulting in irreversible damage to the RO membrane.
No devices that obstruct pure water flow shall be installed at the pure water outlet connection.
The pipe diameters of the pure water pipeline and concentrate discharge pipeline shall not be smaller than those of the pure water outlet and concentrate outlet.
