① The warranty period is one year. Free service is provided within the warranty period, and lifelong paid service is available thereafter.
② During the warranty period, in case of quality failure, please contact our local office for repair with the invoice, warranty card or after-sales service authorization.
③ To protect your rights and interests, please complete the user information in full.
④ During the warranty period, defects not caused by human error are covered. Free warranty service will be void if damage results from unauthorized disassembly, improper use, dry running, corrosion, or foreign object intrusion.
⑤ Users must provide a description of the fault cause; otherwise, the company shall not be liable for any delay in repair.
